About Klear
Klear is a financial institution registered in the Register per art. 3a of the Credit Institutions Act maintained by the Bulgarian National Bank under Reg. BGR00368.
Our share capital is 2 456 090 BGN. The founders are the main shareholders. Since 2019, German Varengold Bank holds a 20% participation.
We are part of the Spot, a FinTech accelerator which brought 200 000 BGN.
