July 20, 1833: Alexander von Schoeller founds the Schoeller banking and wholesale company in Vienna. Today Schoellerbank is one of the leading private banks in Austria.
1951: Renngasse 3 becomes the headquarters of Schoellerbank. The Palais Rothschild is still the headquarters of the private bank today.
1979: Schoeller & Co is converted into a stock corporation.
1992: Schoellerbank Vermögensverwaltung is founded. Today more than 70% is invested in managed products.
