What ERC – 1155 means?

ERC-1155 is a standard interface associated with contracts that manage multiple types of tokens, such as fungible, non-fungible, or semi-fungible tokens. Due to its functionality, It is referred to as a standard for semi-fungible tokens. It is developed as a combination of two standards, the ERC-20, a fungible token standard, and ERC-721, a standard for non-fungible tokens. ERC standards can be created with the submission of EIP or Ethereum Improvement protocol.
