Our story began on December 16, 1993 in one of the villas in Prague at Šafrán. It didn’t take long for the team to grow, as did the counseling centers. The motto of the time In order to live faster we fulfilled step by step, we were the first to start providing housing loans, helping people with the privatization of flats, with the reconstruction of the housing stock and, what is more, with the purchase or construction of real estate.
