About Bank Ten Cate & Cie. NV
On October 1, 1881, the young Dirk Willem Brand started a securities house in Amsterdam. From 1915 the company DW Brand made a name for itself with the trade in obsolete funds. The family business is also building up an investment advisory practice for its private clients, thus remaining a successful stock broker for more than a century, based on Keizersgracht.
