The Hanoi Stock Exchange ( Hanoi Stock Exchange) was established under the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 01/2009/QD-TTg on the basis of the transformation and reorganization of the Hanoi Securities Trading Center (Hanoi Securities Trading Center). was established under Decision No. 127/1998/QD-TTg and opened for operation on March 8, 2005). On June 24, 2009, the Hanoi Stock Exchange was officially launched, operating as a one-member limited liability company owned by the State (represented by the Ministry of Finance).
