1898 – We were born in 1898 together with the first Italian companies with the name of Credito Fondiario Sardo specialized in the disbursement of mortgage loans in Sardinia and Rome.
1950s – After the war we extended our operations to almost the entire Italian territory, expanding the activity with public works and industrial financing of a land nature.
60’s -In 1960 we entered the world of IRI – Institute for Industrial Reconstruction – taking the name of Credito Fondiario in ’65.
1985 – Credito Fondiario entered the financial market in 1985, when the bank’s shares were listed on the Milan stock exchange.
